Erection Instructions

Step 1 

•

Position the Base Jack or U-Head Jack at distances apart according to the longitudinal and transverse horizontal members.

Step 2 

•

Install the standards on the Base Jack or U-Head Jack.

•

Wedge the horizontal members.

•

Check levels and verticals.

Step 3 

•

Set the first platform (Panacier) to assist erection.

•

Install the complete platform in the access cell.

Step 4 

•

Erection the next stage.

•

Wedge the horizontal members.

Step 5 

•

Install the platform (Panacier)

•

Check levels continuously.

Step 6

•

Install the Platform (Panacier) for next stage.

•

The erection shall be carried out continuously.
