Step 2 - Assembly 1st tower by using gate braces lock 3 prop as L- shape
Step 3 - Hang panel on drop head of prop. Prepare 2 ADT tools for erection.
Step 4 -At hanged panel, the first ADT tool is inserted into the hole on top of panel to protect panel falling Down. The second ADT tool is inserted into the hole on bottom to push panel up then insert prop to finish first tower.
Step 5 -Continue hanging next panels and insert props.
Step 6 - Panel shall be erected layer by layer.
Erection of Infill Column
Step 1 - Put filler on drop head of prop.
Step 2 - Lock filler with gravity lock.
Step 3 -Adjust telescopic beam and put on filler. Repeat until complete.
Step 4 - Cut plywood and put on telescopic beam. Nail plywood on wooden part telescopic beam
Erection of Infill Wall
Step 1 -Put filler on drop head of prop.
Step 2 -Lock filler with gravity lock.
Step 3 -Fix timber on the wall. Nail telescopic beam hanger on timber.
Step 4 -Adjust telescopic beam.
Step 5 -Put telescopic beam on filler and telescopic beam hanger.
Step 6 - Repeat Step 3 - Step 6 until complete.
Step 7 -Cut plywood and put on telescopic beam. Nail plywood on wooden part telescopic beam.
Erection of Cantilever
Step 1 -Hang panel at cantilever position.
Step 2 -Protect panel to fall down by Safety chain.
Step 3 -Install panel connectors by fixing with panel with bolts.
Step 4 - Connect cantilever posts to panel connector by fixing bolts.
Step 5 - Install edge mouthing shoes at the bottom of cantilever post. Then wockers push cantilever post to edge of slab. Edge mounting shoes sit on the edge of slab.
Step 6 -After finish leveling,Insert safety red pin into hole of panel, pass thru holes of prop head to lock cantilever set.
Step 7 -End with cross bracing
Release of Panel Decking
Step 1 -Move ADT tools to position.
Step 2 -Pull to release lock and hit the other side of lock by hammer for easier releasing. Drop head move down
Step 3 -Use striping tools to pull panel down. Using ADT tools and worker to remove panel.
